Our Diversity Now e-learning programme allows Queen’s University Belfast to deliver inspiring and thought provoking equality and diversity training in a cost effective manner. It provides staff with an understanding of why it is important to promote equality and what is expected of them in the workplace.

The well-being hub provides a central and accessible online environment from which the University of Ulster can promote occupational health and well-being initiatives and policies to staff. Staff can also access well-being tools, support, health checks and a learning community.

Staff Induction Programme
CCEA asked us to develop an interactive CD-ROM to provide new employees with an overview of organisational structure, policies and procedures. The CD-ROM is sent to new recruits prior to them starting work, allowing CCEA to start the induction process as soon as they award a job to an individual and dedicate more time to health and safety procedures and data protection policies during induction training.
