Well-being Hub - University of Ulster

Well-being HubThe well-being hub is a vibrant and innovative online portal designed to boost physical and mental employee well-being in any organisation. Loaded with best practice materials, it helps the University of Ulster deliver a successful well-being strategy and offers employees a completely confidential and secure online environment to manage their well-being.

The well-being hub provides a central and accessible online environment from which the university can communicate well-being initiatives and policies. Because it is administered by both managers and regional ‘well-being champions’, it fosters a sense of employee involvement in well-being.

The hub also features well-being initiatives, support, tools health checks and a learning community, it empowers employees to take ownership of their own well-being. Employees can access the well-being hub through the company intranet or externally through the internet, enabling them to share well-being resources with their families.

Occupational Health are engaging staff at all levels to become aware of their personal well-being and realise the benefits of being in-tune with your mind and body at work and at home. The well-being hub is a way of reawakening people to use the services which are available to them.
