What is ISO 9001: 2008?
During 2008, Aurion Learning invested significant time and effort in becoming one of the first eLearning organisations in the world to achieve the newly updated ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most established quality framework. It is designed to provide an international standard against which the effectiveness of business management processes, staff management and satisfaction of customer requirements can be continually monitored and improved upon.
Granted in February 2009, Aurion’s ISO 9001: 2008 compliance means that we have proven our ability in an internationally recognised manner to:
- Consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of our business, staff and customer management processes.
- Commit to on-going processes of continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity and applicable regulatory requirements.
