Complaints Handling


Project brief/Challenge:

Development of a range of online modules in the area of complaints handling. Deploying a content and platform solution to assist SPSO in delivering training to over 300,000 public sector workers in Scotland.

Our solution:

  • Design and deployment of a suite of engaging e-learning programmes on complaints handling.
  • Working with SPSO to develop additional modules for NHS Scotland.
  • Design and deployment of an open-source Moodle LMS platform (SPSO Training) to track and report on learning activities.
  • Delivery of capacity building services and training for the SPSO team to maintain their content in-house.
