    As well as delivering expert advice and aftercare, you will build important relationships with our global clients, foreseeing their needs and making sure we meet them to create a personal experience.

    We are currently recruiting a Software Systems Administrator for Learning Management Systems to join our technical team. 

    You will work directly with our global clients in order to configure their LMS to meet requirements and provide first line support for their LMS administrators.

  • Service Desk Analyst

    As part of the customer support team, you will be tasked with providing first line technical support, ticket logging and ticket resolution support to our key client accounts.

    This is a key support position which requires the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, whilst demonstrating a customer first approach and capability across a range of product and platform service provisions.
