New clients & projects require an experienced Project Manager to join our digital learning team. 

We are looking for someone who not only has the right experience in project management but who is also enthusiastic, passionate about what they do, self-motivated, approachable, with a commitment to excellence and success for all.

Role overview

As a Project Manager, you shall be responsible for leading the successful delivery of all assigned projects within your team. The role requires you to work collaboratively with colleagues and apply a data driven approach to support Project Delivery Excellence.

Key responsibilities

The following list highlights the key, but not exhaustive, set of activities within the role.

  • Manage multiple projects through full project lifecycle.
  • Deliver multiple product developments through client framework structures.
  • Create project plans reflecting the project lifecycle through requirement capture, work definition, estimating and scheduling that will include all milestones, activities, and resources needed to deliver.
  • Ability to work autonomously making well-judged decisions.
  • Manage resourcing for your projects, ensuring accurate timelining and forecasting to ensure you have the capacity to deliver on your commitments to out clients.
  • Take ownership of your product developments, ensuring optimum quality of product is produced, making informed decisions based on budget, scope, and learning impact.
  • Actively manage risk & opportunity for projects ensuring the implementation of appropriate mitigation where necessary.
  • Monitor & report project status to Senior Management and Customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders, satisfying requirements, building strong relationships, and developing opportunities for increased business.
  • Monitor and take action to ensure project and product performance KPIs are achieved and continuously maintained.
  • Ensure “Lessons Learned” are applied to all projects, entailing application of lessons from other projects, and capturing lessons learned on specific projects under your control.

Role criteria

Essential criteria

  • 3rd Level Qualification (Business, Engineering, Science, or IT)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the learning industry.
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince 2 or CMMi etc.)
  • Strong Customer and continuous improvement focus
  • Proven ability to influence and manage complex customer stakeholder
  • Experience of managing multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
