Aurion Learning partners with Fáilte Ireland for new online learning platform to upskill tourism and hospitality staff

Aurion Learning has been selected as Fáilte Ireland’s digital learning provider, to deliver their new online learning platform for tourism industry professionals, following a competitive tender process.

The online learning platform, named ‘learniFI’, showcases over 150 online courses to help industry professionals to develop their careers in tourism and hospitality, ensuring they have the required skills and knowledge to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.

Aurion Learning applied its learning design expertise to provide a world-class user experience, integrating learniFI with existing Fáilte Ireland systems to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. learniFI is learner-centric and scalable, with access to the platform available anytime, anywhere and from any device. Aurion Learning also provides dedicated ongoing support for system administrators.

LearniFI is suitable for employees at all levels of the sector, from new starts to managers with wider experience. Each user has the opportunity to access expert guidance to help them in their current role, with extra tools that encourage and support career progression. The platform is tailored to meet the needs of Fáilte Ireland and the tourism industry, to help drive business performance in the sector, helping businesses to survive and thrive.
